Q: What should I do if I may have been exposed to the virus or infected? 💁 Tracy: First of all, within 14 days of your exposure, please practice self quarantine, minimize your interaction with others. Practice hygiene including wearing a mask, wash hands frequently, clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, etc.   The most likely time window for COVID-19 infection is about 5-7 days if you indeed get infected. Symptoms may start to show up during or after this time window. Secondly, continue to monitor your body condition closely, and establish a baseline before you notice any symptoms.
